LBJ isn't even the best player on his team

And now everyones starting to realize it. Last night Bill Simmons tweeted, "It's going to be so awkward when Dwyane Wade wins the Finals MVP."

In the Eastern Conference finals Lebron raised his level of play. He played so well that ESPN wasted a perfectly good day debating whether or not he's better than Jordan. Funny that his own teammate is doing so much to prove he's not even close.

Last night a reporter asked Lebron about why he's been shrinking from the big moment in the fourth quarter of these Finals. Clearly irked, James suggested the reporter watch the game again and come back tomorrow with a better question. That question struck a nerve because the self proclaimed King knows it rings true. He's realizing just like everyone else is that he doesn't have that assassins mentality needed to effectively close out games on the biggest stage. MJ was the quintessential assassin. Kobe has that trait. D Wade showed it in 06, now he's doing it again, with Lebron in his wake.
