So the league upgraded James Jones foul on Paul Pierce to a flagrant but rescinded Jones' technical. They also downgraded Jermaine O'Neal's foul to just a regular personal.
That means that you can take away at LEAST two points from the Heat because they wouldn't have gotten free throws after the O'Neal foul. They also wouldn't have gained that extra possession during which Bibby drained a three. Instead, you can replace that with two free throws for Paul, plus possession of the ball.
Boom, that's a 7 or 8 point swing.
