Is it bad that I'm pretty excited about this? I don't think so because honestly it won't take much for this guy to be helpful. If he can drag his corpse up and down the floor, play solid D, grab some rebounds, and block a few shots that would be huge.
He showed the ability to do that effectively when he played sparingly earlier in the year. Although the Celtics recent struggles have little to do with a lack of length but we all know the success of the Perk trade is going to depend on how well the O'Neals can contribute down the stretch.
