Free agent wish list

1. Tyson Chandler- This is a pretty obvious choice. Teaming him up with KG would be unfair defensively. But unfortunately TC is coming off a stellar season and this is his last real chance to get PAID. The chances of him taking a huge pay cut to join the C's are microscopic.

2. Deandre Jordan- We know he's an athlete. Still very raw on both sides of the ball but if he's surrounded by veterans he has no choice but to sharpen and harness his natural abilities. He could evolve into a Perk 2.5 given the time and coaching.

3. Samuel Dalembert- Very good rebounder. Which we need. Consistently shot blocker. Which we need. And has shown that he has the touch to knock down that elbow jumper. Which we could always use.

4. Jamal Crawford- Scoring, scoring, and more scoring. Ever since Eddie House started to slip further down the C's bench I've maintained that Crawford would be the perfect addition to our bench. A somewhat selfish scorer, overflowing with self-confidence who isn't afraid to step on toes and get his. Our starters work so well together because of chemistry. When they leave the floor there needs to be that one player who can come in and is licking his chops, ready to score in bunches. Jamal Crawford would be that guy.

5. J.R. Smith- Doc and Danny have both acknowledged they need to get more athletic. If that's the main criteria they're looking for there may be no better option than Smith. Any lineup that included Jeff Green, J.R. Smith, and Rondo would be really fun to watch. J.R. is also pretty good from 3. If he makes one it's a good chance he'll keep banging them home all night. Another really confident scorer who would provide a huge boost off the bench. He has been known to be a bit of a head case so its questionable whether or not Danny would want to give him a shot. I'm also not so sure he'd be willing to take a pay cut just to play for a contender.

6. Grant Hill- Could Doc coax his former player to come play for him again? He almost did it a year or so ago and I think this time around it may work. A smart man, Hill would definitely take a pay cut. He would add defense and some scoring off the bench from the wing spot, meaning more rest for Paul.

7. Thaddeus Young- Youth and athleticism. This guys got it both. I'd compare him to a more athletic Tayshaun Prince. Really underrated since he's played in Philly his whole career but he has so much raw talent. Tommy always comments on how much he likes him as a player whenever we're playing the Sixers. He's not going to stretch the floor but he's got a great midrange game and he can get to the bucket with ease. Yet another guy who would have a blast playing with Rondo.

8. Shane Battier- Pretty much the same as Grant Hill except maybe more three point prowess.

9. Josh McRoberts- Don't laugh. Don't do it. I don't like putting down a Duke guy but I respected what I saw from this man when we played the Pacers this year. He was all over the court. He would have won the Tommy Award if he had a green jersey on. Getting to all the 50 50 balls, tearing down rebound after rebound, and showing that he's athletic enough to finish at the rim. I mean this guy can throw down. Don't forget he was in the McDonalds High School dunk contest. He'd be useful.

10. Al Thornton- Even more athleticism. This is a guy who is pretty comparable to Jeff Green, who maybe needs a little bit more coaching and veteran prodding to reach his full potential. He's got a pretty accurate jumper and has the ability to finish at the rim. He can manipulate one on one situations but sometimes is prone to mistakes.
