Sox: Above .500 and not looking back

The Bo-Sox are starting to look a lot like the team that ESPN experts predicted to go undefeated. After a 2-11 start the Sox are now just 2.5 games out of first place and have won their past five.

Clay was great tonight, pitching seven strong shutout innings. The rain threatened to end this one early but in the end they were able to scrape out a 1-0 win on a double from Salty of all people. Even so, I want V-Tek in there. I don't care if V-Tek goes hitless the rest of the year. That's my captain (TO voice).

The Sox are a lot of fun to watch these days. Gonzo's wearing his hitting pants to work every night. Papelbons up to his old shenanigans. Times are well.
