Lil Dusty wants to play ball

Tomorrow the Sox have their annual doubleheader against BC and Northeastern.

Perhaps no one is excited for some real baseball to get underway than Dustin Pedroia. Missing more than half of last season, Dusty got into beast mode this offseason to be prepared for this. Now he just wants to hit the field and do what he does.

“My biggest thing is to get out there and get into the flow of the game and make sure I’m healthy and feel good,” Pedroia said. “I just need to see pitches, just any normal game. I just can’t wait. It’s going to be fun.”
